Jalapeño Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

4 Thin sliced chicken breasts

8 oz Cream cheese

2 Jalapeños

8 slices bacon (I prefer thick cut)

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Seasoned salt




Seed and dice jalapeños. Mix in with cream cheese.

Sprinkle chicken breasts with onion powder, garlic powder,and pepper.

Spoon 1/4 cream cheese mixture into one end of each chicken breast. Fold it over to encase the mixture.

Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each breast and sprinkle with seasoned salt.

Place in baking dish, and cook at 250°F for 90 minutes.

Serve and enjoy! Baked potatoes make a good side! I made bacon crumbles with the left over bacon, had sour cream, and pepper jack cheese.
